what are we doing? about our work   Music Fusion runs programmes of music activity for 0 to 18 year olds in Fareham, Gosport, Havant & Portsmouth.  We provide information about careers in music, other music projects and events and run a young people''''s consultancy group.  We also offer training to adults working in related professionas to deliver music.   about our work for 2005 - 2008   Our main work currently involves: Offering ADVICE & SUPPORT to young people and adult "musicleaders" in all areas to do with music-making such as careers, training, education, practical tips and expert guidance on the music industry.  We also help past participants in our activities to take their music-making a step further by identifying progression routes and new ways forward for them.  See our advice section on this website.   Continuing our successful EARLY YEARS programme of music sessions and accreditted training for workers in the early years sector.  We are continuing our acclaimed training course for adults who work with  3 - 5 year old age range, as well as developing a brand new OCN accreditted training course for the 0 - 3 year old age range.  See our projects section on this website.   Providing music-making projects for young people around the theme of SENSE OF PLACE.  This means developing grass-roots music-making led by young people such as community bands, neighbourhood based DJing projects and music techology composition projects aimed at exploring the environment in which young people live.  See our projects section on this website.   Encouraging young people to get involved in using their voices creatively.  Our CREATIVE VOICES projects centre around making links with existing vocal networks and groups and, where there are none, providing opportunities for young people in singing, MCing, songwriting and even football chanting!  See our projects section on this website.
